COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA (Advanced) Digital Finance Specialisation is a two-year postgraduate program that combines core business management education with specialised knowledge in digital finance and emerging financial technologies. In the first year, students develop essential business and leadership capabilities through core units including Economics for Managers, Executive Financial Decision Making, Organisational Behaviour for Managers, Organisational Strategy, Strategic Operations Management, and Synergising Marketing. In Trimester 3, students undertake the Digital Finance Specialisation, which provides focused learning in the transformation of financial markets, digital innovation, and future financial systems. In the second year, students complete advanced business units including the Consultancy Project, Global Business Sustainability, and the MBA Capstone, allowing them to apply strategic knowledge to real-world business challenges. Students also choose elective units that support their professional goals, with options covering areas such as strategy, organisational change, leadership, ethics, human resource management, resource sector management, crisis leadership, and MBA study tours. The program integrates theoretical understanding, practical projects, and industry-focused learning to develop advanced analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. Graduates gain the ability to manage complex business environments while applying digital finance expertise to support innovation, financial transformation, and strategic decision-making across modern organisations and industries.
