COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year postgraduate program structured around strategic management, leadership, business decision-making, and practical industry application. In the first year, students develop core business knowledge through units such as Economics for Managers, Executive Financial Decision Making, Organisational Behaviour for Managers, Organisational Strategy, Strategic Operations Management, and Synergising Marketing. During Trimester 3, students undertake a specialised business administration component, allowing them to tailor their studies according to their professional interests and career goals. In the second year, students complete advanced units including a Consultancy Project, Global Business Sustainability, and an MBA Capstone, providing opportunities to apply business concepts to real-world organisational challenges. Students also select elective units that allow further development in areas such as strategy in practice, organisational change and transformation, leadership, human resource strategies, resource sector management, crisis management, ethics, team leadership, and MBA study tours. The program integrates theoretical learning with practical experience, enabling students to strengthen their analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities. Through industry-focused projects and flexible elective options, graduates develop the expertise required to manage complex business environments, drive innovation, lead teams effectively, and pursue advanced management and executive roles across diverse industries.
