COURSE CURRICULUM

This subject focuses on building essential capabilities such as essay writing, critical reading, effective time management, referencing, and note-taking, all of which are fundamental for success across future studies. The diploma curriculum introduces students to key built environment concepts, including understanding buildings, planning processes, transforming places, and land economy, providing a broad foundation relevant to multiple study and career pathways. Students intending to progress into construction management and quantity surveying will study Introduction to Structures, gaining insight into structural principles that underpin the built environment. Those planning to transition into a property-related degree will instead focus on property valuation, developing an understanding of property markets and valuation methods. In addition to discipline-specific learning, the diploma incorporates Bond’s distinctive core subjects, ensuring students develop transferable skills in critical thinking, collaboration, communication, leadership, and integrity.
