COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (Digital Transformation) is structured over two years to progressively build strong managerial, technological, and strategic capabilities. In Year 1, students develop a solid foundation in core business and digital management disciplines. Subjects such as Digital Marketing Management and Organisational Behaviour provide insights into customer engagement and workplace dynamics, while Managing in a Digital World and Digital Business Transformation focus on how technology reshapes organizations and industries. Business Model Innovation and Strategy and Operations Management strengthen strategic and operational decision-making skills, supported by Accounting for Decision Making, which builds financial literacy for informed managerial choices. Agile Project Management equips students with flexible project delivery approaches suited to fast-changing digital environments. Together, these subjects establish a comprehensive understanding of modern business operations and digital strategy. In Year 2, the program advances into specialized digital and analytical competencies. Students study Analytics and AI, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, and Data Visualization and Communications to develop the technical and analytical skills required to interpret data, manage digital risk, and communicate insights effectively. Implementing Change for Digitalisation focuses on leading and managing organizational change in technology-driven contexts. The two-part Capstone Project allows students to apply their learning to real-world business problems through research, analysis, and practical solution development. In addition, students choose electives at the postgraduate level to tailor their studies to specific career goals. Elective options include areas such as cloud computing, leadership for social good, business for social impact, entrepreneurship and innovation, global capability development, and managing diverse talent. This flexible structure ensures graduates develop both breadth and depth of expertise, preparing them to lead digital transformation initiatives and contribute effectively across diverse business environments.
