COURSE CURRICULUM

The ACAP Master of Business Administration (MBA) is structured to provide a progressive learning pathway, allowing students to exit early with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma if desired, or continue to complete the full Master’s qualification. The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration focuses on foundational leadership and management skills, equipping students with essential knowledge in leadership and professional development, project management, financial decision-making, and leading people and change. Building on this foundation, the Graduate Diploma of Business Administration introduces more advanced and strategic business concepts, including digital transformation and business systems, marketing strategy in a digital context, corporate governance and sustainability, and leading strategic innovation. The full MBA then develops students’ capabilities in entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and high-level business decision-making, culminating in a capstone project that integrates learning across the program and allows students to apply their skills in a real-world or simulated business context. This structured pathway ensures graduates develop both practical and strategic competencies, preparing them for leadership roles, complex problem-solving, and career advancement in diverse organisational settings.
