COURSE CURRICULUM

The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration is structured around four core Level 400 units, designed to provide a strong foundation in essential business and management skills. The program includes units in Leadership and Professional Development, Project Management, Leading People and Change, and Financial Decision Making, ensuring a well-rounded introduction to both strategic and operational aspects of management. Leadership and Professional Development focuses on enhancing personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making in a professional context.
