ABOUT UNIVERSITY

Berkeley College is a private for-profit institution with campuses in New York City, New Jersey, and a robust online presence. Established in 1931, the college offers a range of academic programs, including undergraduate, graduate, and certificate options. It is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and has its administrative headquarters located in Woodland Park, New Jersey. The institution serves a student body of over 4,000 through three primary schools: the Larry L. Luing School of Business, the School of Professional Studies, and the School of Health Studies. Courses are available both on-campus and online to accommodate different learning needs.In 2015, Berkeley College introduced its first graduate program, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and later expanded this offering through a Corporate Learning Partnership, collaborating with organizations like Affinity Federal Credit Union to deliver education to working professionals. The MBA program is also available at the Midtown Manhattan campus, where it was officially launched in April 2022 under the Larry L. Luing School of Business.In December 2021, Berkeley College's School of Health Studies announced the launch of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program. This advanced degree includes specializations in Nursing Leadership and Management, Nursing Education, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Public Health and Emergency Management Nursing. With this addition, Berkeley College in New Jersey became the only institution in the state to offer a Licensed Practical Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing to Master of Science in Nursing (LPN-BSN-MSN) pathway.Berkeley has also been a pioneer in online education, offering distance learning courses since 1998. The college continues to evolve by expanding its program offerings to meet the educational and professional development needs of its diverse student population.
