Edvia.ai is our in-house technology platform designed to streamline and manage the entire student lifecycle for study abroad services. It is a multi-user, multi-panel system that integrates various functions including the website, student dashboard, telecalling panel, counselling panel, admissions officer panel, admission head panel, admin, and super admin controls - all within a single unified ecosystem. The platform is built to improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and enable data-driven decision-making across teams.

Together, our brands work towards building a comprehensive education ecosystem that blends technology, content, and personalised guidance to help students achieve their study abroad goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and interfaces for multiple user roles.
Understand user and business requirements and translate them into effective product experiences.
Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
Conduct usability improvements based on user feedback, behaviour, and product requirements.
Create responsive and accessible designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Business, and Operations teams.
Work with developers on design handoff and ensure accurate implementation through design QA.
Use product insights and user behaviour to continuously improve user journeys and product usability.
Create prototypes, micro-interactions, and transitions where required.
Stay updated with modern UI/UX, SaaS, and product design best practices.
Take ownership of designs from concept through implementation and iteration.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience in Product Design/UI/UX.
Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, CRM systems, admin panels, or workflow-based platforms.
Strong UX thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and problem-solving, not just visual/UI work.
Good understanding of design systems and reusable components.
Strong knowledge of typography, spacing, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, usability, and accessibility.
Understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Ability to work independently and manage designs from concept to execution.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, or component-based UI systems is a plus.
Experience with animations, transitions, or micro-interactions is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Product/company experience preferred over service-based agency-only experience.
Experience with multi-role platforms, internal tools, CRM systems, or complex workflows is highly preferred.
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or other product-based environments is an advantage.
Strong ability to contribute to product thinking and UX improvements.
Experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
