The program offers flexibility for practical experience, allowing students to choose an industry placement in place of a core topic, providing hands-on exposure to real-world marketing challenges and professional practice. Students can also extend their industry experience by participating in entrepreneurial programs such as FOMENT, focused on wine, viticulture, and tourism, or the Innovative Manufacturing Accelerator (IMA), which provides insights into advanced manufacturing and business innovation. A major industry project forms a key component of the MBA, enabling students to synthesise and apply their learning across all areas of business and marketing in a practical, real-world context. Throughout the program, students develop leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, preparing them to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate marketing activities effectively.
