Course Curriculum

The first year of the Bachelor of Business at Flinders University introduces students to core topics that provide a strong foundation in business principles. These include managing in modern organisations, assessing economic environments, marketing principles in the digital era, interpreting and visualising business data, finance and accounting for leaders, and business law, along with two elective option topics. The program offers flexibility in structuring the course of study, allowing students to tailor their learning according to their interests and career goals. Students can choose to complete two majors, a major with two minors, a major with one minor and option topics, or a major with option topics. This flexible approach ensures that students can build a personalised program that aligns with their passions while gaining essential knowledge and skills to succeed in diverse business environments.
