Course Curriculum

The Stage 1 Diploma of Health Sciences requires students to complete seven core units and one elective unit. The core units cover essential academic and scientific skills, including Academic Communication Skills, Academic Research and Writing, Chemistry, Essential Mathematics, Human Biology, Studies in Society, and Computer Skills. These units provide a strong foundation in both the sciences and academic skills needed for success in health-related fields. For the elective, students choose between Management or Marketing, allowing them to begin tailoring their studies according to their interests, whether in health administration, management, or related areas. This combination ensures students develop a well-rounded knowledge base and practical skills to support further study or entry into health science careers.
