Course Curriculum

The Stage 2 Diploma of Health Sciences (CRICOS Code 087942A) offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare students for advanced study and future careers in the health sector. To complete the program, students must undertake five core units and select three elective units. The core units provide essential knowledge across key health science areas. In Semester 1, students study Foundations for Professional Health Practice, Human Structure and Function, and Introduction to Psychology. In Semester 2, the core units include Foundations of Biostatistics and Epidemiology, which introduces students to the basics of health data analysis, and Indigenous Cultures and Health Behaviours, which explores the impact of culture on health and healthcare delivery.
