Course Curriculum

The Bachelor of Business Law is structured to provide students with a strong foundation in both legal and business principles while allowing flexibility to tailor the degree to individual interests and career goals. In the first year, students gain an overview of fundamental legal principles while completing Bond University’s core subjects, which develop critical thinking, collaboration, and civic discourse, alongside the Beyond Bond professional development program. From the first year, students begin shaping their degree by selecting law and business subjects that align with their personal interests and career ambitions, providing early exposure to areas of specialization. In the second year, students continue to build their legal knowledge by completing the remainder of their ten elective law subjects. At the same time, students have the option to broaden their understanding of business through eight general business electives or to specialise in a particular business major by completing six specialised subjects along with two additional business electives. Available business majors include entrepreneurship and innovation, international business, management, marketing, marketing communication, and tourism management. This structure ensures that students graduate with a comprehensive understanding of law and business, combined with the practical skills and professional knowledge needed to pursue diverse career opportunities in corporate, management, consulting, and related fields.
