Course Curriculum

The Master of Project Management and Business (MPMB) is a postgraduate qualification designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and professional competencies in project management and strategic business practices. To qualify for the award, students must complete a total of 12 units, comprising eight core units and four elective units, equivalent to 96 credit points.The core units focus on critical areas of modern project and portfolio management. These include foundational subjects such as project management principles, enterprise and resource planning, and constraint management.
