The Bachelor of Business Transformation is structured to provide students with a clear progression from foundational knowledge to advanced application, integrating management, analytics, customer experience, and transformation strategies. In the first stage, students are introduced to key concepts in business and analytics through units such as The Macroenvironment in Business, Fundamentals of Management, Strategic Management, and Fundamentals of Business Statistics. Alongside this, students develop technical and customer-focused skills through Data Analytics Fundamentals, Tools for Data Exploration, Introduction to Design in Business, and Introduction to Customer Experience Design. Together, these units provide a solid grounding in both the analytical and human dimensions of business transformation.At the second stage, the course builds on this foundation with more advanced units that combine strategy, analytics, and ethics. Project Management and Digital Ethics prepare students for managing organisational change responsibly, while Visual Analytics and Predictive Analytics develop their ability to work with data at a deeper level to inform business strategy. Customer experience knowledge is expanded through Introduction to CX Strategy Design, which builds on earlier design principles and shifts the focus toward developing effective, customer-centered strategies.The final stage focuses on application, measurement, and integration. Business Process Management and Measuring Transformation Success provide the tools to plan, execute, and evaluate change initiatives effectively. CX Implementation and Measurement enables students to apply customer experience strategies and assess their impact, while Consumer Analytics strengthens their ability to interpret customer data to support transformation. The program concludes with the Work Integrated Learning (Capstone) unit, which brings together all the knowledge and skills gained throughout the degree in a practical, real-world project. This structure ensures graduates are prepared to lead and manage transformation across industries, with strong capabilities in analytics, customer experience, and strategic management.
